Your apartment will be at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you kindly vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee a specific apartment number or floor at the time of booking.
Arrival and check-in
How to check in
We have adopted a contactless check-in system. As our guest, you will receive your personal access code by e-mail, which will remain valid for the duration of your stay. The code grants access to the apartment as well as to the residence facilities, including the laundry and depot. Check-in must be completed before the beginning of your stay.
How to pay
We accept advance payment by credit card or bank transfer.
The Holidaypass is a guest card that grants you unlimited travel on all public transportation in the Pustertal valley and on all public transport in South Tyrol (including regional rail services) during the winter season . You will receive your Holidaypass on arrival. Please note that the pass is personal and only valid for the duration of your stay. It needs to be validated at the start of each journey. Children under 6 years of age do not need a Holidaypass to enjoy the benefits.
